Privacy Policy

• Your email address — when you claim the free mystery gift, join a waitlist, or buy a product. We use it to deliver your files and order emails.
• Order details — what you bought, when, and the amount paid, so we can give you download access, updates and support. Stripe also collects your name, billing country and payment details at checkout (see Payments).
• Usage data — pages you view and buy-button clicks, measured with the Meta Pixel so we can understand which pages work and measure our ads. The Pixel uses cookies and device/browser identifiers; Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

• To send order confirmations, download links and product updates.
• To send occasional emails about new systems and offers — every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
• To answer support questions and process refunds.
• To measure and improve the website and our advertising.

• Meta — website analytics and ad measurement (Meta Pixel).
• Vercel — website hosting.

These providers may process data outside your country. We share only what each needs to do its job, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We don't use cookies to track you across other websites ourselves. The Meta Pixel sets cookies to measure visits and ads, and Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page for security and fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site still works, and you can still buy.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide downloads, updates and support, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing emails stop as soon as you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below); records we're legally required to keep are retained only for that purpose.

Some of our systems (for example the AI Study Command Center) are made for students. Purchases should be made by an adult — if you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to buy for you. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children directly.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@builtbrains.com or reply to any of our emails and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
