Built Brains Academy sells digital products — AI prompt systems, workflows, templates and guides delivered as downloadable PDF files. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page lists exactly what's included.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. Taxes, currency conversion or bank fees may apply depending on where you are and how you pay.

During our Launch Sale, sale prices apply until the end date and time shown on the site; after that, regular prices apply. The price you pay is the one shown on the checkout page when you complete your purchase.

After payment you get immediate access to your download on the confirmation page, and we email you the same link. Updates to the edition you bought are free for as long as we publish that product. If a download doesn't work, email support@builtbrains.com and we'll fix it.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own work — including work you do for your own clients or business. You may:

• Use the prompts, templates and workflows in your own projects, business and client work.
• Keep copies on your own devices, and print pages for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the files — free or paid — or upload them anywhere others can download them.
• Publish the product's contents in full or in large parts (short quotes with credit are fine).
• Present the product as your own work, or use it to build a competing product.

Our systems are tools. We don't promise income, clients, sales, interviews, jobs, grades, views or any other specific result — outcomes depend on your situation, your effort and how you use the material. Example outputs in our products are illustrations of good output, not promises.

AI tools can be wrong. You're responsible for checking anything an AI produces before you use, publish or send it — including facts, figures, claims in ads, and anything on a resume. Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you (for example advertising, privacy and anti-spam rules), and follow the honesty and compliance guidance included in each product. Never use our products to deceive people, invent experience, or cheat on schoolwork or exams.

Our products mention third-party platforms and tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Upwork, Fiverr or Google). Those names belong to their owners. Built Brains Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their features and prices can change at any time.

We provide our products and website as they are, and we work hard to keep them accurate and useful. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or opportunities) arising from using our products, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Please don't misuse the site — no automated scraping of our content, no attempts to disrupt or break the service, and no unlawful use. We may refuse or cancel access where these terms are clearly broken.
