Refund Policy

Email support@builtbrains.com — or reply to your order confirmation email — within 7 days of your purchase. Just include the email address you used at checkout and which product you bought, so we can find your order.

That's it. You don't need to give a reason or send anything else.

We usually process refunds within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method, and depending on your bank or card issuer it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

The guarantee covers every Built Brains Academy product: each individual system and the Freelancer Bundle — at whatever price you paid, including Launch Sale prices. Refunds are for the full amount you paid for that order.

Requests after the 7-day window aren't covered by the guarantee. But if something is wrong with your file or you can't access your download, write to us any time and we'll put it right.

The guarantee is there for anyone who buys in good faith. In the rare case of clear abuse — such as buying and refunding the same product repeatedly — we may decline further refunds for that buyer. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
